You have made it to the Wayne Modelers Website! Wayne Modelers is the R/C Aircraft club of Wayne, NJ. We haven two flying fields available. Our primary field is located right in Wayne at Barbour Pond Park on Barbour Pond Road. The Barbour Pond field is a locked access facility with onsite parking, a pit area with picnic tables and a paved runway. There are usually several members flying at Barbour Pond on calm Sunday afternoons - come down and visit or join and fly... Our second field is shared among two R/C clubs. It is locatedin Warwick, NY on a retired onion farm. It's wide open with a soft silt strip. We have the best membership value in the area. Open for membership to any current AMA member for a low yearly membership fee the lowest of any club in New Jersey! Experienced pilots will enjoy our club comraderie and simple membership requirements. Prospective pilots can benefit from our competent trainers and equipment |
